What is the “dial me now” feature?
The automated system will call you directly on the telephone number that you entered at the “on screen” prompt. When you pick up the incoming phone call, you will be logged in to the call. With this option, the moderator receives your name and knows that you are on the call and web interface. While the “dial me now” feature is convenient, it cannot be guaranteed to work with all corporate phone systems—particularly those that require dialing an extension. If you cannot connect, you may refer to the direct dial-information located in your registration confirmation message from tmoreno@avalerehealth.net.
