The Developer is responsible for construction of sewers, water mains, roads, curbs and sidewalks as well as street lighting, and perimeter fencing in the subdivision, (e.g. noise attenuation, corner lot screen fencing as per the approved architectural guidelines and chain link fences) and enters into appropriate agreements with the Town of Aurora for completion of such works associated with the subdivision.
