What is the developer proposing in the way of new roads within the complex?
The developer proposes to build a by-pass road that will connect Rt. 20 and Rt. 27 using the existing entrance on Rt. 20 and the rear driveway of the Wayland Business Center. It is anticipated that signals will be installed at each entrance. Other onsite traffic calming measures could include one-way streets around a Common area, on-street parking and narrowing the streets at crosswalks.
