The 50-year-old Martin, driving the Chevrolet Impala for new car owner Rick Hendrick, blew by Ryan Newman on a final restart and pulled away from Tony Stewart in the closing laps to get his first victory since 2005. He led the race for 150 laps and was the fourth driver to win a race after he turned 50. The others are Morgan Shepherd, Harry Gant and Bobby Allison. “This is unbelievable, unbelievable,” Alan Gustafson, Martin’s crew chief, said. Stewart finished second.
