you should have applied and got admitted in the college(or institution) the college should give the estimated expenses statement for the completion of the course and that too year wise they should declare you as a hosteler or a day scholar and if hosteler estimated expenses and details such as rent mess bill etc all the statements should be excluded from donations or charity funds etc then you approach the bank fill up the application and apply for the loan they will process your loan application and if eligible workout the eligible loan amount and they advise you then you have to sign all the documents and some declarations if you are a minor then your parent should sign as a co borrower that is all
