What is the description of the proposed project?
The city of Bismarck is planning an improvement project in a four block segment of Washington Street known as the Cathedral Area Historic District. The project includes reconstruction of the street with new concrete pavement, widening to accommodate a center two-way left turn lane, installation of a traffic signal at Avenue C, streetscape/landscape design, new water and sewer lines, curbs, sidewalks and street lighting.
