What is the deposit to reserve my wedding date and what is the pay schedule thereafter?
We are willing to hold the date without a deposit for up to three days. After that, a signed agreement will need to be in place along with a 25% deposit of the estimated event cost. 50% is then due one month prior to the event, and the balance is due along with the final head count three days prior to the date. Do you have an on-site wedding planner or should bring our own. Your catering manager will be your on call resource via phone or email throughout the planning of the occasion. They will be the same person on property the day of your big day making sure that everything runs flawlessly. Your catering manager will also be pleased to work with any advisors you choose to bring.
