SB 187 established the TexasOnline Division (TxOD) within DIR. DIR has been reorganized. The Service Delivery division is now responsible for the TexasOnline project. DIR focuses on three functional areas concerning TexasOnline: Program Management, Planning and Policy, and Operations.
