What is the delivery timeframe after placing my order online?
This depends on where your shipping address is located and whether you select standard shipping/priority airmail or TNT International Express Courier with track and trace. Please read our Shipping Terms (see Terms page) for detailed information or send us an email to ask about your specific location, but generally, for priority airmail delivery you should allow 10-14 business days to receive your order from time of placement (business days do not include weekends or public holidays). If you are located in ‘Zone 3’ countries there may be local postal and/or customs delays in which case it may take longer, sometimes much longer (see our Shipping Terms for a list of Zone 1, 2 and 3 countries).
