The delivery of the purified antibodies from a standard CL1000 flask production run is 8-10 weeks after signing of the contract. This entails 1-2 weeks of expansion of cells and establishment of the CL1000 flask, 5 weeks of production and harvesting and 1-2 weeks down-stream processing and QC. If a larger amount is required, the CL1000 production can be continued for an additional 1-5 weeks or several flasks can be run in parallel. For large-scale productions bimonthly deliveries will be the best option, giving first delivery 8-10 weeks after the production run is started. Read more.
