What is the Deist Alliance?
The Deist Alliance (DA) consists of a number of Deist groups who have formed a friendly alliance with one another to open channels of communication, share information, resources and advice, and generally work together towards the higher goal of promoting Deism to the world. Each of the groups represented in the DA has a unique focus on Deism and Deist concepts, but all realize that each member group is making a valuable contribution to the modern Deist movement. We feel that by opening channels of communication between our groups, we can make each Deist group stronger and form a more unified front for modern and constructive Deism in the 21st Century. By it’s very nature, Deism expects people to use their reasoning powers to arrive at an understanding of God and our place and purpose in the universe.
