What is the definition of the Pre-Existing Conditions Exclusion?
An injury, sickness or the symptoms of an injury or sickness that existed, and for which diagnosis, advice, medication, treatment and/or medical care was received within 180 days prior to the effective date of the policy. This exclusion applies only during the first 180 days of coverage and only for non US employees.
