Loksa defines residential houses or dwellings as: town houses, baches, apartments and condominiums built for residential use. If, for example, six town houses are built together as one complex, they would count as six houses towards the annual total. Also, under the Loksa PCP, residential houses cannot exceed four levels in height. A completed residential dwelling must have received a code of compliance.
