New old stock (abbreviated NOS) refers to merchandise being offered for sale which was manufactured long ago but that has never been used. These billboards are quite rare, as most billboards made of paper were displayed then scraped off when they were removed. They have a date range from the mid 1940’s through the mid 1960’s.
