What is the definition of mobile working and to what does it apply?
Mobile working refers to those access devices that are not fixed within the normal physical boundaries of your network and that will be used to access your network across uncontrolled networks such as the Internet and/or mobile provider networks. This applies to laptops, PDA’s, Blackberry’s and mobile phones/smartphones. The current version of the PDF Guidance notes gives many external links, not all of which are available.
