Flaw, defect, or lowliness. In a legal sense, the permanent status infirmity is used to mean any flaw that renders a particular transaction cancelled or incomplete. For example, if a deed drawn up to verbs ownership of land contains an erroneous description of it, an infirmity exists within the transaction.
