At issue, DW will be available in all pricing bands at issue ages 0 to 60 in all rating classification through Table Rating F. For issue ages 0 to 4, no benefit will be in effect until the insured reaches age 5. DW will be issued beyond age 60 only if contractually required. When a term policy is converted to a new life policy, DW may be included subject to the conversion provisions of the term policy. DW will be available in the Qualified Market in the event there is a favorable IRS ruling, subject to the terms and conditions of such ruling. It will not be available in the Qualified Market prior to such time. DW may be added after issue, as a current date addition, subject to our administrative rules at that time. The rider will be added at the attained age of the insured on the issue date of this rider.
