What is the definition of an inactive clan ?
An inactive clan is a clan that has played 0 official matches (as explained in the rules) since the deadline given in the rules – the first day of the first match week of the OC/EC Fall Season. When a clan idles in a ladder (and not hibernating) it will not be considered as being active in a competition.
