What is the definition of an Emech “Beta release Product”?
This is defined as a new product (or range of products) that has had extensive in-house ‘alpha’ (or proto-type) design work and testing. Beta products are the units built to production specifications and sold within the first year. They are deemed ready to sell to selected customers. Product performance feedback from the customers is sought, and may be used to enhance design of the ‘final’ production released product version. Extended support is applied to Emech Beta Products.
