What is the definition of a secondary student Tech Prep completer?
The students who completed all of the required technical and academic courses at the secondary level per the written agreement are considered completers. For example, the written agreement specifies the following secondary courses: 1) A core course on general employability skills, 2) Introduction to Construction, 3) Construction Techniques, 4) Algebra, 5) Principles of Technology or Physics, and 6) Applied Communications or English I. A secondary completer would be a student who has successfully completed all six classes while in high school.
