What Is the Definition of a Scanner?
“Hello today I’m going to talk about what is the definition of a scanner. There are several different types of scanners. The most popular one you would see sitting on a desktop in an office they come in different flavors. You have flatbed scanners which you would lift the top to place the document on the glass. You have paper fed scanners where you can put several documents in at once and it feeds them through. And you also have hand held scanners for scanning a page at a time. Scanners are basically used to copy graphics or print or articles or images and then they can be transferred from the scanner usually to a computer and used for graphics for websites or posters or larger billboards. More commonly they’re used for printing pictures and transferring files from SD drive or from the flatbed scanner to your computer.
