What is the definition of a group?
A No such definition has been made, but it would obviously depend upon the context. Within a special school with very small classes, then a group would be 2 or 3 children. In a primary school with classes of 30, then a group could be up to 15. The important thing is that the risk assessment has been carried out by the headteacher, and that they are satisfied that the arrangements will enable the children to fully engage in the learning process.
