What is the definition of a Bed and Breakfast?
A Bed and Breakfast is temporary accommodation that is provided by a homeowner from within a dwelling unit. Under the Bed and Breakfast regulations, the homeowner must reside in the dwelling unit. Bed and Breakfast establishments can accommodate a maximum of four bed and breakfast guests in a maximum of two bedrooms, but this type of accommodation is not permitted coincidentally with the keeping of boarders or lodgers.
