Since January 2009 New BT Business Hubs are supplied with a preset administration password which is requested when making changes to the hub’s settings as shown below: The default password is unique to each hub and is set to the serial number (SN) which can be located on the base of the router. The password can be changed from the homepage (http://home). Select Settings then Password, enter the default password and click on the Submit button. Now follow the prompts to set a new password. Note: Ensure that the hub or router is not physically accessible to individuals who might try to reset the admin password without your knowledge.
