Low-DAP Fees are due to Qualcomm when a Developer prices a standard app with a DAP less than the Minimum Threshold of $1.00. There is varied logic applied to this rule based on the different price bases associated with price plans, and fees due may also vary by operator country. The fees are billed monthly and are deducted from revenue payments rather than invoiced. Prior to September 2004 activity, these deductions were coded as “DEVMIN-xxxxxxxx” on your check remittance stubs. From September 2004 going forward, all Low-DAP Fees will be processed automatically by BREW Billing and will be reflected in your Payment Detail Query report.
