What is the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs)?
The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, commonly known as the CC&Rs, is the principal governing document of the Oakwood Lakes Community Association. Essentially, it sets forth the limits imposed on our properties and our uses of those properties as part of a planned community within the governmental areas in which we live (City of Chandler, County of Maricopa, State of Arizona). The CC&Rs are a part of our overall Governing Documents that, in addition to the CC&Rs, include the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Association Rules and Regulations.
