What is the dealer price for this product? Why is it so much cheaper than competitive units?
We prefer to sell this product directly to installers and dealers. While we do offer quantity discounts for orders of 3 or more loggers, we have fixed the retail sales price on this unit at $499. This unit is designed as an easy-to-install, cost effective solution for commercial applications. It offers audio quality superior to Mercom and Voiceprint loggers which rely on voicemail hardware. It doesn’t offer the features of our larger loggers such as fibre channel or Motorola ALC, but it will work well for most call centers and commercial applications.
