What is the deal across the partner organisations – will each have the same number of employees coached?
No, the Management Board has not set a quota of how many employees per organisation can receive coaching. The primary objective of the Coaching Pool Partnership is to improve performance, to do this effectively, there needs to be flexibility in how, when and why coaches are deployed. We recognise that each organisation might have different ‘peaks’ and ‘troughs’ of when employees will find it beneficial to receive coaching. Employees need to want to receive coaching and by seeking to meet a quota, it could mean in some organisation’s employees are not 100% committed to the process as they are doing it to make up numbers. The Management Board will carefully monitor the take up of coaching per organisation, through monthly reporting and will take action accordingly, if needed.
