The Deaf Queer Resource Center (DQRC) is a national nonprofit resource and information center based on the web. This is “the place” to find the most comprehensive and accurate information by, for and about the Deaf Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual, Transgender, Intersex and Queer Communities. DQRC is entirely volunteer-run and was founded on September 1, 1995 by Deaf Queer/Trans activist Dragonsani Renteria. DQRC receives more than 15,000 unique visits per month.
