A. You have until February 28 for calendar year Flex Plans or 60 days following the end of the Plan Year to submit claims incurred and paid for during the previous Plan Year. For example, you have until February 28 of the current plan year to submit claims for the prior calendar year spending accounts. The claims must have been paid during the prior plan year.
