What is the deadline to drop out of co-op?
For optional co-op programs ONLY, the deadline for new co-op students to withdraw varies from program to program. Generally speaking however, new co-op students are advised to notify the Office of Co-operative Education and/or their respective academic departments by the end of May if they choose to withdraw from co-op. A formal written withdrawal letter or form may be required. Students concerned with the decision of whether to pursue co-op should speak with their respective Co-op Co-ordinator. Students who choose to withdraw from the co-op option may not be allowed to re-enter the program at a later date.
