What is the deadline for test site availability?

15 April 2004. Several members of the review committee will be meeting that day to complete a first review. If you cannot make that date, the final deadline is 30 April. The whole review committee will meet then though reviews at this time will have less time to pay attention to all features of test sites compared to those completed by 15 April.
