What is the deadline for submitting new protocols?
New research applications are reviewed at convened meetings held the third Wednesday of each month. Applications are due in the IRB Office four weeks before a specific meeting. You may request a current IRB Submission Deadlines and Meeting Schedule. A pre-review process is performed at the time of submission which may require the investigator to make changes to the application before it is forwarded to the board members for review (see also #6 above, Full Board Review).
