Applications may be submitted electronically to www.grants.gov, or in hard copy to the EPA Regional Office that is responsible for the state in which your proposed project will be located. Hard copies must be sent by either U.S. Postal Service mail or commercial delivery service, but either way must be “postmarked” by this date to be eligible for consideration.
