What is the deadline for sending in my application to USCIS Lockbox Facility?
For post-completion OPT, the application must be received at the USCIS Lockbox Facility no sooner than 90 days prior to and no later than 60 days after the program completion date For pre-completion OPT, the application must be received no sooner than 90 days prior to being enrolled for one full academic year IMPORTANT NOTE: For both pre and post-completion OPT, your application must be received within 30 days of your OPT I-20 issue date!
