What is the deadline for placing an order?
Your ordering deadline is 11 p.m. the evening before your scheduled delivery day, and 10 a.m. for same-day deliveries. Sorry, but we cannot make exceptions to these deadlines. If you miss your ordering deadline, simply go to Delivery Options and reschedule your delivery for the next available day. Same-day delivery may be an option (if it’s available in your area) for a small extra fee. Same-day orders can be placed any time after 11 p.m. for the following day, or before 10 a.m. for delivery by 5 p.m. that day.
Orders must be placed by 2pm (EST) Monday – Friday for delivery schedule to apply. As Presents for Her is closed weekends & public holidays, we will deliver your goods the next business day. All online orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the Monday morning and delivered the next business day. Any specific information about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time.
We offer a same day delivery service to London to most business addresses by 5pm and most residential addresses by 7pm. Your order must be placed by 10am (UK time) for it to be sent on our same day delivery service. We offer a next day delivery service to England, Scotland and Wales. Deliveries are made to most business addresses by 5pm and most residential addresses by 7pm. Your order must be placed by 4pm (UK time) the day before for it to be sent on our next day delivery service.
