Every owner of a dog or cat over the age of four (4) months shall obtain a license from the City Clerks office between January 1 and April 30, each year. A late charge of one dollar ($1.00) per month shall be charged for issuing a license after April 30th, until new licenses go on sale the following January. If your cat or dog reaches four (4) months of age after April 30, you will have thirty (30) days to purchase a license, without incurring a late charge. The fee for licensing your pet is as follows: $10.00 each dog or cat not spayed or neutered $5.00 each spayed or neutered dog or cat.
