What is the deadline for getting the completed application to WCRB?
The application must be submitted no later than the due date provided on the postcard or e-mail notification . This date is approximately 90 days prior to the effective or renewal date of worker’s compensation coverage. If the application is submitted past the due date, it will be rejected with no exception.
