What is the deadline for completing the PHC Assessment?
There is no specific deadline for completing the assessment. However, your organization may have goals that related to the PHC assessment that require your assessment be completed by a certain date. The PHC database may be periodically refreshed to allow for annual clean ups. This may affect the data entered by faith-based organizations. When a clean up is scheduled, faith-based organizations with an assessment in progress will be notified via email and given instructions so that data entry on their form will not be lost.
