The priority deadline is March 2nd for each academic year for state programs. FAFSA’s may still be submitted after that date for federal aid, but you will not be considered for CalGrant entitlement programs. For community college students only, there is an extended deadline of September 2nd for competitive CalGrants. See FAFSA deadlines for federal, state and school programs.
