Royal Wedding (29th April): Deadline – 1st April June: Deadline – 1st May July: Deadline – 1st June August: Deadline – 1st July September: Deadline -1st August If you miss the deadline or apply to hold a party at any other time you will incur a cost of £100 if you need a road closed. Outside of the above times you must complete your application and submit additional information as requested at least 1 month in advance of your party.
