WHAT IS THE DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION OF THE NEXT TAX DEED SALE?
The tax deed sale is held by the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the BCC Chambers, 1st floor of the Government Center on the first Friday of each month (unless it falls on a holiday) and is open to the Public. The property is auctioned to the highest bidder: Purchase price is payable at the Clerk’’s Office upon completion of this sale, payable by cashier’’s check, money order or cash. If full payment is not received upon completion of the sale, a non refundable deposit of $200.00 is required. The remaining balance MUST be received within 24 hours of sale. There ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! No personal checks are accepted for the bid amount.
