What is the DAPA form?
The Disclosure And Prior Approval (DAPA) Form is the mechanism that allows you to disclose your activities and interests on a regular basis during your employment at RIT. This form is used to help you, your supervisor(s), and RIT manage potential and actual conflicts of interest and commitment as outlined in the Individual Conflict of Interest and Commitment Policy.
