What is the Damage/Reservation deposit and Application Fee?

A damage/reservation deposit and a $25 non-refundable application fee is required in order for an application to be processed. The deposit will be kept until the students period of residency has ended. A refund will be issued if all conditions of the application have been met and after deductions have been made for damages or special cleaning, if needed.
