What is the damage deposit used for and is it refundable?
A $100.00 Damage Deposit is required. The Damage Deposit you pay upon check-in, is totally refundable 7-14 business days after your departure date, as long as there is no damage to the rental property. Upon arrival, we ask that you inspect the rental property and report any problems within 2 hours of check-in.
We do not charge a security deposit, however we do require a credit card to be on file in the event there are damages or an unusual amount of cleaning required to put the cabin back in rentable condition. You will be notified prior to any charges being placed on your card. Upon arrival, we ask that you inspect the rental property and report any problems to Cabin Services (865-774-0132) within 2 hours of check-in.
