WHAT IS THE DAILY SCHEDULE ON OUR RETREATS IN SAYULITA?
Our first evening of retreat, we will have an orientation with light yoga and a snack at 7pm. We will meet at Palapita Evelyne, where our yoga will be held each day. The Palapita is down at the same end of the beach as Villa Amor (the south end) and the owners’ names are Evelyne Boren and Michael Sadlier. We will have signs on the gate along the road near the beach. Our retreat will end at noon on the last day of the retreat. Further schedule details will be available at the first evening gathering.
