Effective June 14, 2010 PCS will be implementing a new refund policy for all Daily DialTM prepaid accounts, including both new and existing accounts. A processing fee of $4.95 will be deducted from the remaining balance of the account at the time a refund is issued. No refund will be issued on accounts with balances less than $4.95. For accounts paid via credit card, refunds will be applied to the payment source last used. All other refunds will be issued by check and mailed via regular USPS. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. In addition, accounts that remain inactive for more than 90 days will be automatically dissolved and no refund will be issued. An account will be considered inactive if no calls are accepted by the telephone number and no payments are made to the account for more than 90 consecutive days.
