What is the cutoff time to exchange my tickets?
A ticket can be exchanged at the box office window until the gates open for that particular game. For example, if you are exchanging your April 5th tickets they will need to be exchanged before the gates open on April 5th. To exchange tickets over the phone, we request notification 48 hours prior to the game date you are exchanging.
