The cutoff time for next-day payment processing is 4 p.m. EST. Next-day payment processing is the earliest you can pay your bill. If you submit the payment before the cutoff time with a payment effective date of the next business day, the system will debit your account on that day and apply the payment to your bill on that day. If you submit the payment after the cutoff time, your account will be debited and the payment applied to your bill on the earliest business day after tomorrow.
