What is the cutoff time for entering payments?
The cutoff time for entering 1st Mortgage payments is 5 p.m. (CT). 1st Mortgage payments made after 5 p.m. (CT) will be processed the next Business Day. The cutoff time for making Auto or Consumer loan payments is 10 p.m. (CT). Auto or Consumer loan payments made after 10 p.m. (CT) will be processed the next Business Day. Business Days are Monday through Friday except federal holidays. Any payments made on weekends and holidays will be sent the next Business Day.
5 a.m., Eastern Time. The cutoff time is important only if attempting to schedule payments right at the minimum number of days recommended.
